How Trolls Are Like In Real Life

During my life, I have met many people. Some are super nice and others are crazy. Most people in my life are trolls, but they aren't the troll that we talk about in class. They don't do the crazy stuff like posing as the dead father of a writer or anything like that. They are trolls for fun.

I think trolls are not restricted to the online world of computers. A person can become a troll but not even know about it. My definition of a troll is a person who makes something so simple into something that will be noticed by anyone. Most of my friends are trolls in real life and the online world. They do some really dumb stuff like turning a simple phrase into a really bad game and they know it's really bad. Sometimes they troll by giving dumb answers like instead of saying "I don't know" they say something that could be a answer but we both know that he doesn't know a thing about the topic.

There is trolling on the web and it happens a lot more because of people being behind a screen and using any name they want. An example of a website that a person can easily find trolls is Reddit. Reddit is a really big website and its topics can range from people learning how to walk to people talking about how to make a super computer. The point is there are millions of people who use this website and there is no way there is no troll in that website. Some of the sub-reddits are meant to be trolled and a lot of the people who are part of that are having fun.

If this world was without trolls, it would be very boring. The trolls bring humor that is unlike anything else. They are the people who change the simple stuff into something crazy and complex.
sorry this is a really bad post

  1. I like how you said that trolls aren't always online and anonymous by saying that people can be trolls in class by doing things such as saying stupid things in class. However, it seems like you support trolls because you said that the world would be boring without their humor. There are many other ways to find humor in the world such as telling jokes or watching comedy movies or shows. It may seem harmeless to you, but some people get really offended about what others say. Sure some people say sticks and stones, but do words really not hurt us? Words have another affect on some people. Sometimes it's a crippling affect. Now that you kinda know how trolls affect other people, maybe you won't think that those online and anonymous jokes are so funny. Sorry for sounding harsh, that's just how i feel.

  2. I believe what you said in your final paragraph is quite an exaggeration (hopefully). A world without trolls isn't a more boring world. Not all trolls bring humor. It may be amusing to you at times; however, not everyone has thick armor over the internet or be as careless about other's opinion as some people are. You don't need to be a troll to turn something simple into something crazy and complex. Anyone can do that. Trolls just usually have a negative feeling with it. I don't believe you meant everything you said EXACTLY how you portrayed it, but having trolls doesn't make the world any more amazing (in fact, it kind of makes it worse...).
