Well in a way anonymity online is important. For instance let's say you work for a company and you want to improve conditions in your work environment but you don't want to be fired. So we can't get rid of anonymity and unfortunately trolls will exist without real names. Anonymity keeps us safe but the system is being violated. The only way to stop it is the impossible, stopping the problems in the world which would stop people from taking their rage and turning it on others which is impossible to stop or even slow down. Trolling will never stop unfortunately.
