Troll Time

Who honestly has time to troll or why do people feel the need to do it? Does someone honestly sit and think to themselves "Hmm.. I think I'm going to mess with someone today." I can't imagine myself ever having that thought. I think that these trolls should do something productive instead of being stupid internet harassers. There are so many things to do such as: going on a walk, reading, swimming, going to the beach, etc. And these people find trolling the most interesting out of all the amazing things the world has to offer. Honestly, I think it is ridiculous. I feel like society needs to uplift one another instead of tearing people down. Maybe these trollers need to make an anonymous account to support others, compliment others, and be kind to others instead of destroying someone's character or pride.

  1. I was just thinking about this today! I have always wondered how people even find the time to waste their lives making people feel bad about themselves, especially on the internet. They are trying to get others to look down on themselves but in reality, they are the ones who should be looked down upon. Like you said, there are so many things the world has to offer, so why would trollers choose doing this? It is sad what people find joy in doing these days.

  2. I feel the same way and I agree with you 100%! I can not imagine myself ever insulting someone just because I felt like it, which is what most trolls do. Those who do the trolling enjoy hurting others and that's their main motive in trolling, to make people miserable. On the bright side, our generation is slowly getting into the whole "stop bullying" era. Hopefully we will be able to see the day when our society is uplifting others instead of talking down to one another.

  3. I don't exactly agree; I understand trolling. If it's done just to poke fun, I understand it. It's something fun to do. I see it because it happens in fandoms all the time. However, there is a fine line between harassment and trolling. Trolling is attacking the subject so it is harmless. It becomes harassment the "troll" attacks the person.
