advertisements and marketing of unhealthy foods
The issue of obesity has been increasing over the years and seems to be mostly aimed at children. This dilemma reflects back to the marketing of food that is provided in front of their eyes. The problem is, the food that is being advertised does not contain healthy ingredients. Most of the time, junk food is perceived as a good meal to have. However, these marketing techniques also allow people to believe we need to consume more than what we really do. As issues like these tend to increase, the federal government has attempted to experiment ways to prevent these unhealthy advertisements from happening. In an article I had read, Kellogg's cereal had been banned from stating false claims that supposedly benefited children’s health unless scientific evidence had been provided. Even though this issue has not been permanently fixed, progress needs to continue to be made in hopes of a better, healthy future for children.

I agree, at this rate the children in this country are going to have more diseases and problems with their health. We're leaving our generation worse than the last every time our society is controlled by this epidemic. I honestly think that if our food continues to be controlled like this, eventually our population in America's population might be hindered and definitely our health problems. Money isn't worth our lives!
